Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyers remorse.

Please review the size information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right. When appropriate, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Order issues

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us before attempting to return anything. Because our merchandise is produced on demand, items should not be mailed back unless return instructions have been provided.
